SHIFTING TOWARD POSITIVE CHANGE

When it seems like there is constant change, one of the best ways to cope can be appreciating the small shifts. Making this a daily practice can help you handle the nuances of each day, all the while bringing you from isolated to connected.

As I dealt with the many changes at RISE that 2022 brought, shifting from being isolated in handling change to seeking connection by embracing the small shifts each day helped me move into 2023 with a clear head, new game plan and renewed spirit.

I’ve felt the support of the RISE community and made new (and renewed) connections in turn. Now, we’re able to embrace the exciting, new changes at RISE in 2023. We’re adding new classes with veteran instructors like 30/30 at the RISE cycle studio in Glen Ellyn with Erin Bloodworth and AAA at the RISE Wheaton Rachelle Kienlen and keeping your all-time favorite classes and events.

As we continue to make new connections in the Wheaton community, we continue to feel the support of our Glen Ellyn roots. I couldn’t be happier to announce that we are once again in the running for the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce Service Business Industry of the Year Award.

So RISERs, we’d love nothing more than to show that WE CAN by earning this award with your support. Please follow the following link and vote RISE. Link: https://business.glenellynchamber.com/form/view/28468

We can’t wait to keep RISING with you for all of 2023.

Be well,

Katelyn Kaese
